In November the YMCA's Community Depelopment Center (CDC) kicked off their annual Warmer Winters project.  Every year the CDC winterizes the homes of the elderly and disabled.  This helps the homeowners keep warm and lower their energy costs, something they may not be able to accomplish on their own.  $1,000 worth of materials were donated by Lowes.  WE Energies provided energy saving lightbulbs.  Another $2,000 to fund the project was raised through charitable donation.
